Mic Stand
What does it do?
The microphone stand positions the microphone in the most appropriate position to capture sound from the source you are recording.
Things to consider:
How much weight will the stand need to support? Do you plan on only mounting one microphone or complex arrays of stereo pairs?
Does the boom and levels of adjustment meet my needs? Will I need to suspend the microphones over a piano? Be held low to the ground for kick drums?
Will it fit the thread size of the microphone clip/shock mount that you have?
